Where do you get your recipes from?

From everywhere. I get excited and inspired by things I see in cooking shows, read in books or stumble upon on blogs. I then make it my own because I am not very good at sticking to instructions in the kitchen ;) I swap ingredients, add spices and leave out the things I don’t have at home or don’t like. Often the outcome is a dish  completely different from what inspired me in the first place.

What is your background in food?

I don’t have one. My mum is a great cook and dinner has always been something special that’s worth an effort even if it’s just for two people.

Do you have any dietary requirements?

Thankfully, I am not allergic to anything. However, I try to eat healthy and responsibly. Apart from the weekly cheeky take away ;)

What camera do you use?

I use a Nikon D7100 and Adobe Lightroom.

Can I use your pictures?

Yes – but please give me credit :)
